I Samuel Flack of the town of Sterling, County of Cayuga and State of New York of the age of Seventy years. I being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this my last will and testament. In name following that is to say
(1) I give and bequeath to my wife Jane Flack for good and comfortable living out of my farm containing thirty three acres, Also the use of the North Room While she remains my widow.
(2) I give and bequeath to my son William Flack too couse? one colt mare colt and too hogs, also six sheep also five acres of land of the south east corner. Not to be delivered to him till after my wifes death Jane Flack, also not to be delivered to him till after my wifes death one bed and bedding and too Cales?
(3) I give and bequeath too Margaret Laraby one cow and twenty five dollars to be paid one year after my death.
(4) I give and bequeath too David Flack my farm containing thirty three acres, reserving 5 acres that is to go to my son William at my wifes death. I give to David Flack one horse colt, the old team of horses, and all of my personal property of every name and nature except what is set apart for my son William Flack amd Margaret Laraby. My son David Flack is to pay to William Flack three hundred dollars, one hundred and fifty the first day of April Eighteen hundred and sixty eight and the remaining one hundred and fifty the first day of April Eighteen hundred and sixty nine. William Flack is to have the big cow with nubs on her horns and the too year old heifer.
I hearby appoint Andrew Perland/Ierland? and James Hall my sole executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
In witness whereoff I have hearunto set my hand and seal this twenty ninth day of May Eighteen hundred and sixty seven
