      ==============================
      MR R FLACK
      Today we have to record other fatalities, including the sudden demise of Mr Frederick Flack, of 56 Inwood-road. On Saturday morning Mr Flack was about ot leave his bed, when he was taken suddenly ill and fell on the floor. He was assisted back to bed, but expired almost immediately. He had been suffering from heart disease, and under the circumstances the Coroner considered an inquest unnecessary. The deceased, who was upwards of 70 years of age, for many years was an official of the Metropolitan and District Railway Company, and had resided here for about nine years, and was much respected. - The funeral, which was in charge of Messrs Danels and Son, of Staines-road, took place at Hounslow Cemetery on Wednesday, and was attended by many representatives of the Company.
