WILL: "LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.

I, Lorenzo Dow Flack, of Osage, County of Mitchell, State of Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me at any time heretofore made.

FIRST
~
Subject to the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses, I will, devise and bequeath to my daughters, Florence M Lillibridge, Josephine M Tallmon, Susan C McClemons and Grace G Russell one dollar each. And to my sons Benjamin P Flack, Thomas Reece Flack and Robert J? Flack all the rest of my estate of which I may died seized and possessed, both real and personal, absolutely, to do and dispose of as they see fit.
In disposing of my property, in this way, to my sons I do not think less of my daughters but my sons are to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and this way seems to me to be as just and fair to all my children as I can make my will.

I hereby appoint my 3 said sons executors of this my last will and testament, and exonerate them from giving bonds and authorise them without an order from the court, to sell and dispose of such preoperty as they may deem fit, and to execute conveyance thereof.
In Witness wwhereof I hereunto set my hand this 24th day of November, 1924.
