- Bro: Elijah Flack should take special care and maintain & grant to my mother all privileges on the place that I now live on during her life. He to have 390 acres of land on the lower part of my land.
- Sister: Dorcus Flack be given the value of 18 (pounds) by brother Elijah.
- Sister: Hannah Flack 1 gray horse & 1 feather hatt.
- Bro: Andrew Flack 150 acres of the upper part of my land lying along the North and South line adj. Sols Fulton.
- Bro: Thomas Flack my saddle and wearing apparel.
Seal Elisha Flack
Exr: brother James
Flack. (My Note - still in Guilford at 1809 - not yet moved to Kentucky)
Wits: Cailborn Curtis, Thomas Ross (Jurat)
In an Affidavit, a jurat is the clause at the end of the document stating
the date, place, and name of the person before whom it was sworn.)
(MY THOUGHTS: - This Will just begs one question for me - WHY no bequest to sister Jenny ???? - had she already died (are my current dates for Jenny wrong?) - but Jenny got a bequest in her mothers will of 1802 - so this is strange really. [Jim Flack] )
